Flexiline provides all your requirements for hard wearing, quick and easily applied surface marking solutions. With the performance of hot applied thermoplastic these markings will last for years!

Ideal for highway marking reinstatement, new markings, car parks, footpaths, cycleways, airports, ports, corporate logos, playgrounds and hard sports surfaces.

Applications

Flexiline application has been designed to be as quick and easy as possible. Permanent markings can be obtained by one person and a gas torch.

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, dirt or debris. Layout Flexiline in the desired position, apply heat in a pendulum motion from the centre of the marking until it bubbles and bonds to the surface. For initial retro-reflectivity, glass beads can be applied to the line during heating. Allow to cool, if fast cooling is required water can be sprayed over to assist.

Please Note: application of Flexiline is not advisable onto new asphalt until the surface has settled for at least 6-8 weeks. Where the surface is in doubt we suggest that Tack Coat is applied and a test patch is carried out before completion of the entire job.
Please Note: Tack Coat should be applied to the following surfaces before applying Flexiline, concrete or polished asphalt, previously dirty surfaces which have been thoroughly swept. Tack coat, gas torches and glass beads also available on request.
